The Mansion View Conference and Special Events Center, built in 1887, was home to several
prominent and wealthy Toledo families. It boasts some of the finest architecture
found anywhere and is listed on the Department of Interior's National Historic
Register.

Freedom to Choose... At The Mansion View, we believe in allowing our guests to choose their own caterer. We have a staging area for food preparation and serving for your caterer or special friend or family member. If only "grandma's Paprikas" or Aunt Edna's Kielbasa will do, you can have it at the Mansion View. |

| The first floor can accommodate 65 guests for a 'seated' dinner |
| Additional rooms are available on the second floor to increase the capacity to 125 |

| Our amenities are available for your special day & include Hurricanes, Centerpiece Components, Votives, Glassware, Serving Pieces, Flatware, Dinnerware, Tables, Chairs at a nominal fee |
| You can have your choice of caterers. Or have a friend or family 'cater' your event |
| We have ample outside area available to accommodate larger parties. Tents can be utilized, but The Mansion View does not provide them |
| Parking is available at our facility and neighboring venues to accommodate your guests |
