Suggested Liquor Amounts per 100 Guests
If you are able to provide your own liquor for your reception, then
you will probably save a good deal of money. Here are a few guidelines on
what to buy based on the standard of 100 guests.
FYI:
Each "fifth" of liquor will serve approximately 17
drinks. For a buffet wedding, approximate that each guest will have
5 drinks. Remember, these are guidelines and your individual
situation may vary. Be sure to discuss this with your hall , caterer
or liquor store. They may have their own "suggested amounts" based
on their experience at their facility.
Please do not forget the all important Liquor Permit if
required.
